Chargers sign pass rusher Bud Dupree to two-year deal worth up to $10 million

With the document over and the start of the quarterback minicamp, the Chargers are still building their roster.

According to NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero, Los Angeles signed pass rusher Bud Dupree to a two-year,$ 6 million contract that could be worth up to$ 10 million.

The group confirmed Dupree’s filing soon after.

Dupree’s decision to relocate north comes after he had a minor rise on the Atlanta Falcons following two seasons with the Tennessee Titans that were affected by injury.

Going counted 6. 5 baskets in 2023, the next most of his profession, and delivered 39 tackles — four more than what he produced in his two earlier months combined. He added three passes defensed, two forced fumbles and eight player hits in 16 begins.

His sack entire last year even bumped him to 53 in his career, placing him in the 50- club with his new teammates Joey Bosa and Khalil Mack, who have 67 and 101. 5, respectively.

As a result of their efforts to improve a product that was 28th in yards allowed last season and 24th in scoring behind those two, coach Jim Harbaugh and company possibly intend to use the 31-year-old as a circular piece behind those two.
