Saints to finalize deal with Klint Kubiak for offensive coordinator after Super Bowl

Since Pete Carmichael was fired at the end of the regular season, the Faithful have not hired an offensive coordinator, but that is anticipated to change after the Super Bowl is around.

Klint Kubiak, the 49ers ‘ moving game coordinator, was reportedly their best choice earlier this month, and numerous studies suggest that the two sides intend to finish their agreement following Sunday’s game.

In 2023, Kubiak signed on with the 49ers and won the championship while also serving as the Broncos ‘ quarterback coach. Before accepting that position, he worked for his father Gary in Minnesota and Denver as the Vikings ‘ offensive coordinator in 2021.

When the Saints actually move ahead with Kubiak, Tom Pelissero of NFL Media reports that they are also anticipated to get Andrew Janocko as quarterbacks coach and John Benton as offensive line manager.
