Biden Hasn’t Contacted Families of Service Members Killed in Syria: Report

One of Fox News’ prime hosts appeared surprised when a community reporter knowledgeable her that President Joe Biden had not but contacted the households of the three American service members who have been killed earlier this week in Syria.

On Saturday evening, a one-way assault drone crashed into the Jordanian base, ensuing in the deaths of three service members and accidents to 25 others. The White House attributed the assault to Iran-backed militant teams working in Syria and Iraq, marking a major escalation in the Middle East.

According to Fox News White House correspondent Jacqui Heinrich, President Biden has not but reached out to the households of Sgt. William Rivers, Specialist Kennedy Sanders, and Specialist Breonna Moffett, which appeared to shock host Harris Faulkner.

“Also, Harris, watching for news that the president has contacted the families of these fallen soldiers or that he plans to attend their dignified transfer at Dover. Neither of those questions [did] the White House have any answers on yesterday,” Heinrich informed Faulker Tuesday.

“It’s been three days,” Faulkner stated.

“Yeah,” Heinrich replied.

“That’s a lot,” Faulkner replied. “Well, we’ll thank them. We’ll thank those families and those patriots we’ve lost and all those men and women in harm’s way in the Middle East. We’ll say thank you and tell them that we love them.”

The assault represents the primary prevalence of U.S. service members shedding their lives on the Jordanian base and in the Middle East because the starting of the Gaza struggle.

During a Monday look on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre struggled to articulate a cohesive assertion relating to the three service members who misplaced their lives, in keeping with The Daily Caller.

“What I will say, our deepest, uh, obviously, our deepest condolences go out, and our heartfelt condolences go out to the families, uh, who lost three brave, uh, three brave, three brave — three folks who are military folks who are brave, who are always fighting, who are fighting on behalf of this administration, of the American people,” Jean-Pierre stated.

KJP was blasted on social media for saying the three fallen service members have been “fighting on behalf of this administration,” with many correcting her in saying that, no, they have been serving the nation, not the White House.

The White House did put out a press release on Biden’s behalf.

“The three American service members we lost were patriots in the highest sense,” stated the assertion. “And their ultimate sacrifice will never be forgotten by our nation. Together, we will keep the sacred obligation we bear to their families. We will strive to be worthy of their honor and valor. We will carry on their commitment to fight terrorism. And have no doubt — we will hold all those responsible to account at a time and in a manner our choosing.”
