FBI raids home of NYC Mayor Eric Adams’s aide

Officials from the FBI raided the house of a long-time secretary to mayor Eric Adams on Thursday night, the most recent step in an exploration into Mr. Adams ‘ plan charity, according to reports.

According to a report from THE CITY, the attack took place at a house in the Bronx that belongs to Winnie Greco, an assistant to Mr. Adams, who is already being paid by the city of New York as a senior policy assistant.

According to reports, FBI agents” court-authorized law enforcement action” was carried out on the property at 1447 Gillespie Avenue.

The raid comes as a result of a federal investigation into Mr. Adams ‘ 2021 gubernatorial campaign, though it’s not clear if it has any connection to that investigation.
