An illegal alien who lately crossed the southern border to the United States is accused of abducting and sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Marvin Perez Lopez, a 20- yr- ancient illegal alien from Guatemala, has been arrested and charged with kidnapping a minor under 13 years old and sexual assault by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
The victim’s family went looking for her child on May 2 when she realized she was never inside their apartment complex, according to authorities. She later identified Lopez, who also resided in the apartment complex, as the woman who found her child inside a vehicle.

After the murderer’s mom banged on the windows of the vehicle, Lopez reportedly came running up and apologized. Because she was worried about her own immigration status, the woman claimed she did n’t call the police right away.
The 11-year-old girl who claimed she was forced into the vehicle by Lopez was later interviewed by police after being eventually informed of the incident. The woman claims that the illegal alien began touching her and that she shoved him apart.
The woman claimed that Lopez grabbed her and sexually assaulted her as she attempted to flee the truck. When authorities arrived at Lopez’s house the next day, he attempted to escape imprisonment.
According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Lopez crossed the U. S. Mexico borders in January of this year. In 2027, he was given a court date to appear before an immigration judge and was released from DHS’s ( DHS) custody. He was then taken into the interior of the United States.
Lopez is still without parole in the Palm Beach County Jail.
