The judge in charge of Donald Trump’s hush money trial in Manhattan threatened to imprison him for repeatedly breaking a very restrictive gag order that did n’t affect many of the witnesses.

On Monday, Judge Juan Merchan, a known donor to Democratic candidates, cited new cases of Trump violating the order after he fined the 45th chairman$ 9, 000 last week for similar violations. According to NBC News, Chandler warned Trump that if they continued to violate the order, they may face prison, which he did again on Monday after imposing a fine of up to$ 1, 000 for the most recent infraction.

” It appears that the$ 1, 000 charges are not serving as a deterrent”, Merchan said during early trials on Monday.

” I want to put you in jail, next thing I want to do. ” You served as president of the United States before becoming a candidate for the position. He continued, citing” there are many causes why confinement is truly a final destination for you,” adding that doing so would “disrupt the trials. “

Merchan, but, warned Trump that “his continued intentional disregard of this court’s orders threatens the administration of justice and constitute a direct assault on the rule of law. ” I don’t allow that to maintain”.

Merchan noted that the offensive speech must be removed by Monday at 2:15 p. m. because it was posted to Trump’s Truth Social bill.

According to NBC, Trump is not permitted to discuss testimony or the judge with the intention of influencing them under the order.

The attorney who serves as Trump’s spokeswoman also criticized the Democratic-dominated justice system in New York City as” third world” and claimed that Merchan regularly violated his constitutional rights to a fair trial.

Alina Habba, a lawyer for the first-ever test against a former leader, specifically addressed the almost unprecedented gag order in Trump’s company records criminal trial in Manhattan.

” The gag directions, the illegitimacy. I mean, what is more Colombia? Russia? What is more fourth world”? Habbe addressed Carl Higbie of Newsmax Television. ” This is why we have people pouring into our land, running for freedom. And then we’re gonna be like that. You know, we are that. It’s disgusting”.

During a court conference last week, Merchan chastised Trump’s lawyer, Todd Blanche, as he rapidly defended Trump against the joke order. Blanche contended that Trump’s responses to political attacks should n’t warrant punishment, but Merchan rebuked him, stating that he was “losing all credibility” on the matter.

It’s really concerning for me what transpired in court today, according to Habba, with the gag order and the judges ‘ anger.

Fox News analyst and former attorney hawk for then-President George W. Bush, who claimed last week that Trump is “politically gold” and is significantly improving his poll results, has received criticism for the entire trial.

Following the conclusion of the day’s trials, John Yoo, a law professor and University of California-Berkely law professor, addressed a press conference Trump held on Thursday during an interview with number Neal Cavuto.

” You know, I agree with President Trump that he’s under an extraordinary, cruel joke get when you take into account the plan”, Yoo began.

” But as we’ve talked about earlier, maybe I’m being contrarian around. Even though he’s suffering these legitimate losses, he’s turning it into political gold. As you mentioned, he’s six points ahead of Biden amongst registered citizens global. The legal expert continued,” It’s amazing how he kind of judoed Biden and these lawyers by turning these problems into favorable political ratings.
