Past NFL defensive coordinator Joe Collier, who is best known for his work with the Denver Broncos, passed away at the age of 91.
Collier is credited as the engineer of the” Orange Crush” defence, which the Broncos utilized during the 1870s and 1980s. The renowned 3- 4 security helped Denver achieve the Super Bowl in the 1977, 1986, and 1987 conditions.
On Tuesday, the Broncos released a statement on Collier’s suicide.
Joe Collier, the man behind the famous Orange Crush defense, is considered one of the best defensive coordinators in franchise history and regarded as one of the best defensive coordinators of all time, according to the statement.
