Supreme Court Close to Election Interference, ‘Justice Delayed Is Democracy Denied’

Democratic strategist Donna Brazile said Sunday on ABC’s” This Month” that after listening to oral arguments, the Supreme Court was close to “election interference” with their account of former President Donald Trump’s exemption claim.

Brazile said,” I’ve never been here before, and I’ve always thought that in the nearly 30 years that my opposition in the case of Donald Trump is sitting in court all day and not on the campaign trail,”

She continued,” I have to make a statement, because I remember Bush v. Gore as if it were yesterday. I do think that the Supreme Court is stifling election meddling by preventing it. Although I’m not a lawyer, I had to watch the oral claims the other day. What I heard again was, they were n’t talking about the facts of the case. They were coming up with all these suppositions. We should be informed of the results before the vote, and they shσuld proceed and permit this test to start in the district court oȵ January 6.

She added,” You can still argue the schedule. In other wordȿ, this decision was made in February by the city court of appeal. Jack Smith said all along, the special counsel, said back in December, go away. make the choice, but they do n’t seem to have any.

She concluded,” Justice delayed is politics denied. That’s what’s at interest”.
