Former President Donald Trump released a new video on his Truth Social website and it’s already gaining a lot of attention.

The video features Trump going after President Joe Biden directly for his failed policies and allowing America to go from the most powerful nation to a global laughingstock.

This clip also comes as Trump appeared in a Manhattan court on Monday and Tuesday for his trial on fraud charges. New York Attorney General Letitia James opened an investigation into Trump and his family, accusing Trump of overvaluing his assets.

The Republican Party’s leading presidential candidate had some choice words for the judge overseeing his civil trial in New York during the first day of proceedings on Monday.

At one point Monday morning during a break, Trump addressed reporters outside the courtroom, slamming Judge Arthur Engoron for “bias.”

“This is a judge that should be disbarred. This is a judge that should be out of office. This is a judge that some people say could be charged criminally for what he’s doing. He’s interfering with an election. That is a disgrace,” Trump said.

Engoron ruled in late September that Trump and his company committed fraud while building his real estate empire.

Engoron ruled that Trump had lied about his wealth and overvalued his assets to banks, insurers, and others.

According to James, Trump “inflated his net worth by billions of dollars” with the help of his children. Trump’s attempt to have the civil trial postponed was denied by a court of appeals in New York State.

As a form of punishment, Engoron ordered the revocation of several of Trump’s business licenses, making it difficult, if not impossible, for them to operate in New York. The judge has stated that he will maintain the status quo of an independent monitor overseeing the Trump Organization.

The former president was also angered by something Engoron did while cameras were allowed in his courtroom briefly before the start of proceedings. A video of the judge went viral after he donned a big smile when the camera did a close-up.

Engoron ruled last month that the former president, via his businesses under the Trump Organization umbrella, practiced deception regarding the valuation of his various businesses, even though two-page disclaimers were routinely filed with financial statements indicating such valuations were internal estimates made in good faith.

Meanwhile, James is seeking $250 million in damages in the civil case, which Trump and his supporters see as little more than an attempt to harm his campaign, as well as bar him permanently from doing business in New York state.

“Engoron’s ruling is likely to cause a shockwave across New York in general, with many firms now likely to review how they handle their financial estimates and information if the government, alongside the far left judiciary, is left in charge of interpreting their finances,” the National Pulse reported.

“Trump’s lawyers argue there was no evidence of public harm caused by Trump’s actions, and that some of the allegations were even barred by the statute of limitations. The leftist judge refused to throw out the case” however, the report continued.

Aside from that, Trump’s lead over his Republican rivals has grown after he skipped the second Republican primary debate.

In the most recent survey conducted by InsiderAdvantage, Trump received the backing of 50% of respondents.

Former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley came in at 14%, with current Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis coming in at 15%. Chris Christie, a former governor of New Jersey, came in at 5%, while Vivek Ramaswamy, a tech tycoon, received 3% of the vote.

According to IA Chairman Matt Towery, “DeSantis and Haley are the only remaining viable candidates of the current field of candidates. I think the debates are having less and less of an effect on the election. Barring a major upset, Donald Trump is the clear frontrunner for the Republican nomination.”

Former Vice President Mike Pence, Asa Hutchison, a former governor of Arkansas, and Doug Burgum, a former governor of North Dakota, all received 1 percent.

Since the last poll, Trump’s support has increased by 5 percent.

It also indicates a 3% decline for DeSantis and a 3% increase for Haley. After receiving 7% in the August poll, Ramaswamy saw his support drop by more than half.
