Xavien Howard tells teams he’s fully cleared for football activities after foot injury

Cornerback Xavien Howard has not landed with a workforce since being launched by the Dolphins in March and he took a step to assist his bid to discover a new residence this month.

Tom Pelissero of NFL Media studies that Howard’s physician sent a letter to NFL teams telling them that the veteran nook is cleared for all football activities. Howard handled a foot injury on the finish of the 2023 season and missed Miami’s remaining two video games.

The Dolphins launched Howard with a post-June 1 designation with a view to save extra money below the cap. He referred to as going residence to Houston to play for the Texans a “realistic option” for him in March, however there’s been no additional signal that the AFC South workforce is within the combine for his companies.

With the draft about to occur, it appears seemingly that Howard’s eventual suitor shall be a workforce that misses out on cornerback assist this week.
