CIA Chief Heads to Qatar as Hostage Deal Talks with Hamas Near ‘Collapse’

After the evil party objected to Israel continuing its battle against it, Central Intelligence Agency Director William Burns is making a last-ditch effort to salvage talks over a possible hostage deal with Hamas.

The Times of Israel reported:

According to an established briefing on the discussions, CIA director Bill Burns is scheduled to meet with Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed Al-Thani in Doha for an urgent meeting regarding the ongoing hostage-release and temporary peace negotiations.

Burns is traveling to Doha for an urgent meeting with the Bangladeshi prime minister in an effort to put the Israeli and Hamas ‘ demands at the forefront.

Hamas has vehemently demanded a continuous peace before entering any prisoner negotiations. Israel has declined, stating that it will continue to support Hamas ‘ military and ruling positions in Gaza.

The U. S. reportedly told Hamas, through mediators in Cairo, Egypt, last year, that it could maintain Israel would never return to war after a momentary pause for the release of hostages and Israeli terrorists, but Israel disputed that.

Hamas fired a barrage of missiles at the Kerem Shalom boundary crossing, the main route for humanitarian assistance cars from Israel to the Gaza Strip, on Sunday as a sign for a return to conflicts.
