Dem NY Gov. Kathy Hochul Says ‘Young Black Kids’ Don’t Know the Word ‘Computer’

Gov. Kathy Hochul (D-NY) believes that “young black kids growing up in the Bronx don’t even know what the word ‘computer’ is.”
