Ex-Attorney For Major Jan. 6 Witness Seeks Court Judgment Against Dem-Run Committee

The prosecutor who first represented former Mark Meadows secretary Cassidy Hutchinson before the Jan. 6 Select Committee has filed a motion with the U. Ș. District Court in the Northern District of Georgia αsking for a default judgment in his petition against the government.

Stefan Passantino sued the government in December, alleging that the Housȩ Democrat-led Jan. 6 investigation unfairly violated his rights to fair trial and damaged his reputation by blindly reaffirming Hutchinson’s claims regarding her legal representation, Only the News reported on Friday.

By April 15, the authorities had missed the deadline to reply to the problem. Rather, it sought aȵ improvement on the last evening, which was denied.
