Guardians to call up top prospect Kyle Manzardo, place Steven Kwan on IL: Source

The Tampa Bay Rays needed to strengthen their slender pitching staff despite not wanting to part with Kyle Manzardo. After struggling for the first four months of the time, the Guardians were concerned about Civale’s business value, which had reached a peak.
